~IT’S GONNA BE A HAPPY NEW YEAR 2012~

The not-so-good seven months of her life ! Will be over in a few days ! :)

The best thing that has happened in these months is only the BB and CC visiting in December, the rest I better not talk about. Well, I’ve once again ignored this page which wasn’t good I figured. There are a lot of IF’s...BUT’s...SHOULD HAVE’s...COULD HAVE’s... there’s no way she can change a thing. She still feels had she been away working/learning something, things would have been different for her. Just a thought, in present bears no value. But what is of value is the present, and she doesn’t want it any other way but the BEST :). She has made up her mind, and is determined to work towards it. She just wants have a life of her own and desires that there is enough freedom to live it on her own terms. She strongly believes that she’ll be her best caretaker.

Now let’s talk about some love. Love is still in the air, fresh-warm but distant. It being distant is not a problem; it’s just that she isn’t being successful in convincing herself about why to wait. She tried asking her best friend-philosopher-guide about it, and sadly she too had same views about it. How she wished her best friend’s views were different. Haven’t consulted the other two “anmol ratans” of her life yet, reason being they already having too much going on in their lives. Two of my best friends from childhood are getting married this year. I really (3) want to attend them both like a full timer as an event manager and bridesmaid. As of now work beckons, fingers crossed; hope they treat me well.

Matters of "Small Things"

Small things have kept me so happy recently; this has taught me how much small-small things matter in life. These were the small things which I failed to notice in the past. I wish I'd noticed them before, then, by now I could have had dozens of memories. Nevertheless, as they say, "Better late than never".  

• FREEDOM giving me the yoga DVD, to help me do yoga everyday was such a sweet and caring gesture on his part. I was really nice. I'm so thankful to him for caring about me. This is what friendship is all about. *SMILE*
  
• Pouring our hearts out to each other (my kid sister n me) while my parents are out of station and ruling our house is what sisterhood is all about. We rock. I love my sister. *WINK*
  
• The before lunch scooty ride with Paro n the helmet incident. It made her embarrassed, made Rachu D'ling LOL and I made a complete fool of myself. *SULK*
  
• GPRS supporting me at end moment in writing the script and making the skit a reality makes me feel humbled. And his advice "Believe in yourself" worked wonders with me. *[V]*
  
• ANIMATION believing in me and supporting me through out gave me the courage to fight it all. I'm indebted to him. I wish to help, whenever there's a need. *SMILE*
  
• WALKER promising me to make me taste his signature Biryani was such a sweet n nice gesture. I wish I would learn to cook as soon as possible and make his taste my signature dish. *DREAMY*

  AMU admiring the translucent kurti that I gifted her was really comforting and sweet.
  
  "AMU you expect a better one this time, I won't disappoint." I love you. *HUG*
  
• The thank you note that I got from YAM n LOCK in college was sweet. The text touched my heart plus I also loved the golden wrapper on which the note was written. "Thank you for the candy guys, I really wanted to have a candy." *CHEERS*
• It was also very gratifying when CR asked me about my blog and said, I quote, " I'm not very net savvy but I'll check out your blog."  *SMILE*

Off late..

Things like starting BACHAO, results being out, me totally offline until now n a lot of other things have happened in the past. It has been completely packed with work 4 me..wearing a sari 4 the 2nd time in life till now was quite an experience.. Prusty's surprising intelligence added a new fan 2 his fan club. And visiting P n R changing 5 autos in the process was fun.. Watching that cool yellow robot pass by twice sent a shiver down my spine.. Not reading any book makes me feel guilty, so going to start with one soon.. Wake up Sid looks interesting..!! I guess life should b more interesting.. Plans were always made to workout but to maintain the schedule has been always difficult.. Hope to maintain it now.. Wish me luck..

  She is someone whom I literally follow. She is my idol. I always have tried to do things that she has been doing successfully. She is a gem of a person. She has a great taste. I love her clothes. She is so confident and her English is too good. The only thing we have in common, is that we both are Sagittarians. She has a cool group of people as her friends. I adore them too. I look up to her and I hope I make a good disciple. Thanks for being the way you are, I love you..

  She is my best friend. She is a lovely and far-sighted Aquarian. She is very caring. She is very inspirational. So far, I've learnt a lot of things from her. I've applied those things in my life n I've never gone wrong. She is a darling and my sweetheart. She is a beautiful girl and her husband is gonna be so lucky to have her in his life. I think she is the most beautiful girl that I've ever seen, truly..!! What else… I'm proud of myself that she is my best friend, because honestly speaking I've got more than I deserve when it comes to these people. I'm grateful to her for being a part of my life. She hates me, when I call her "Amu". But I love her any case..!! I would love to see her have her own family and settled in life. When Nicholas Spark describes the beauty of any female in his books, I identify it with Amu (only the beauty part, that's all..!!). I love you, muaah.

  She has been my Best Friend for a year or so. My life with her was carefree and rocking. She is one bindaas girl. I might not have been in my best behaviour with her. I'm really sorry for all the times I've hurt you. It was a real pleasant surprise when she called me at midnight this friendships day. Thanks Appu for being there for me. I wish you happy times in your life always.

My Best Friendships Day so far..

Friendship's day celebrations started in the mid-night itself. The surprise part of it all was Appu calling.

It was really bad that I couldn't recognise her (since I was half sleepy). But all my memories with her was crystal clear. I was happy-happy from that time itself. In the morning I had plans to have breakfast at Mayfair-the hotel. I went there with Sms. We filled our stomach with a cocktail of dishes (sharing & snatching). Then we went to Pal Heights-the mall, Sat & Ron scrolled the racks of Oxford-the book store while BO, Tims, Gola, kuru n Roy had khatti outside. While we were taking the lift upstairs Roy showed us his little bit of his dance steps inspired by MJ-Jacko. We were out of there in few minutes. Then there was again a good n safe bike ride (I was behind Tims this time) for me. We had fresh fruit juice on the way. And I was finally home after a visit to Padmalaya-the book store.

Now it was time to visit Paru & Rachu. She called at 2 pm and said the movie (Love aaj kal) was over, and that she had already hit the road n were fast approaching. I got myself stationed at our meeting place (C.S.P petrol pump) n waited. They came n went, zoom in front of me. I ran behind calling out to them. Not finding me they again went zoom in the opposite direction, again I ran behind calling out to them. Finally the Tom n Jerry chase was over, they stopped in front of the C.S.P petrol pump, losing out to me. We 3 went to Mirch Masala-the restaurant. We had Chinese n it was yum. We even got complimentary pudding, it was yummy too. We discussed how confused people are with their lives, that they celebrate Valentines on every celebration be it Friendship's day or Christmas. We derived the conclusion that people lack friends so they are, sadly, celebrating this day as couples with their partners. We were very proud of ourselves that we were single and enjoying this day, the way it should be celebrated..!! We paid the bill n it started to rain..!! It couldn't dampen our spirits which were soaring high. In the heavy rain, we mounted on our scooters made way to the hill top Shiva Mandir. We reached there it was serene n calm. We gossiped, damned the world and screamed each others name followed by "love you". It was awesome experience, we loved each others company heavenly n have planned to meet once every month till we are in the same city. And once in a yr when we are at different place. Finally at 5pm we were out of the temple. Outside the gate we hugged each other and vowed to be friends forever. Thus, it was my best Friendships day so far..!! Thanks to all the above mentioned people for making my day. Thanks from the deepest corner of my heart.
