YOGA PART:
It was my parents' anniversaries that day, guruji called me to come with her to the center. Thus, started my association with the "Art of Living". I guess that was a good anniversary gift for my parents. It was a six day course. The Sudarshankriya was an awesome experience. You'd definitely feel much more energetic..!! And new friends and a big "Art of Living" family is the bonus..!!

Cheating is bad. But when everybody does it then it becomes the new trend. You also have to learn the art or else you are left far behind. There people who call themselves your friend but they are nowhere near it. They help you cheat and they also want the teacher to know that you have cheated from them and want the teacher to know that they know the subject and you know nothing. Nowadays people are so convincing in acting "MAHAN" that they are able to convince the teachers about their greatness..!!

Went to the National Book Fair, it was great fun scrolling through the stalls. And finally narrowing it down to few books, one earring and a book stand.
